Singers nights are occasions where local and visiting singers and musicians can share their music with an audience in a friendly club atmosphere.  Whether it’s traditional or contemporary, you will be more than welcome.  There are plenty of great sessions and open mics in the local area, but a folk club offers something that bit different, a performance venue that is rooted in tradition but constantly evolving, with an appreciative listening audience. We meet the first Wednesday of the month, 7:00 for 7:30pm. We hope you will join us and look forward to seeing you there!

Wednesday 3rd November. Singers Night plus Spotlight guests::

Steamtown. Jeff Whiley and Elli Brodie are regular visitors to the folk club who play a unique blend of Yorkshire folk-punk Americana.  They are a talented and original duo from Knaresborough with a guitar and a banjo, singing about love, drinking, politics and trains and if you haven’t heard them yet you are in for a treat!
