Guest night concerts are held mainly at Henshaws Arts Centre in Knaresborough and endeavour to bring your favourite professional folk performers to the area, as well as introducing exciting young musicians from the vibrant national folk, roots and acoustic scene. Bryony Griffith and Alice Jones Wednesday June 15th at Henshaws

Bryony and Alice bring a unique Yorkshire repertoire of harmony, history and Northern banter. Featuring Fiddle, Harmonium, Tenor Guitar and intricate close harmony vocals.

The Hunch Wednesday August 3rd at Roosters Brewery

Summer gig at Roosters with The Hunch, a 4 piece acoustic band singing and playing a variety of Irish, Folk, Americana, Blues and Latin music with a generous dash of humour. 

Sam Barrett Wednesday September 14th at Henshaws

Sam Barrett plays honest, heartfelt self penned and traditional songs on 12 string guitar and banjo.. He was one of our spotlight performers 3 years ago and you loved him so much we had to have him back.

Jack Rutter Thursday October 13th at Henshaws

Jack Rutter is a talented and influential folk singer, guitarist and multi-instrumentalist who has toured throughout the UK and Europe. He is considered one of Britain’s finest young traditional singers.

Merry Hell Saturday 26th November at The Frazer Theatre.

Rescheduled from February, we can’t wait to eventually see Merry Hell at Harrogate Folk Club. Merry Hell are a fantastic folk rock band from Wigan. Their joyous music of the people is the perfect way for us to start the Christmas shenanigans!
